Long dead kings laugh at the babylons. (Isaiah 14:3-11)

I've heard it said, "Never speak on something you don't want to be tested for." And I have to say in a lot of ways I have to agree it's right. Speaking of forgiveness and getting to practice it first hand, first place, and painfully hard.... But! The Refiner's Fire burns all things away.

Tyranny is not unique to kings, it's common as the day is young, sadly, abuse begets abuser, and on and on the cycle of pain that doesn't end until GOD steps in and sets the wayward right. Sets the captive free. When GOD shows us the cycle, and puts in our heart the longing, the need, for it to be broken, it's because HE wants to! "That all should live." right? If they knew, would they do? We may want to say "Yes!" and rather quickly at that, but only GOD truly knows the heart, we ask HIM to search out the rough places and make in us a new heart. (Psalms 139) So, again I ask, If they knew, would they do? Would we have if we had known before HE saved and rescued us? There are some who choose too, even knowing and they bring me sorrow the most, for they are souls that actively choose to reject GOD and that choice has a consequence, ask the Rich Man and Lazarus, (Luke 16:19-31) they both have much to say.
