Concerns arise in Nigeria over reintegrating former terrorists into society

Nigeria's defense chief says the country's armed forces have been succeeding in their efforts to eradicate the terrorist group Boko Haram. At the same time, however, there have been concerns about a lack of progress in reintegrating former militants into society.
