Libs of Tiktok Founder Serves AOC Ethics Complaint

Chaya Reichik, the founder of the conservative media company Libs of Tiktok, has filed an ethics complaint against Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), accusing the congresswoman of lying about her during a committee hearing. Reichik attempted to confront AOC about the issue in person last week but was unsuccessful. She returned to Capitol Hill a week later to deliver the complaint in person. The complaint alleges that AOC violated House Rule 23 Clause 1, which requires members to act in a way that reflects credibility on the House. Reichik claims that AOC's lie about her did not meet this standard. AOC was not present at her office to receive the complaint, but Reichik was able to hand it over to a staff member.
