Former Police Officer Matt Novak shares what his favorite part of working as a #police officer. He worked for more than 15 years in the profession and now offers encouragement to those still on.

Matt has a servant's heart and a lot of police officers do. Make sure if you are currently working in #lawenforcement to show up with respect, empathy, and compassion. Not saying being a pushover and dropping your guard, but it's too easy to become negative and asocial when you're exposed to the worst of the worst incidents that can happen to people.
