S.686 is a Total Police State Takeover

Right now, under the guise of preventing TikTok from adversely affecting Americans, the criminal, illegitimate government in D.C. is considering a Bill known as S.686 - RESTRICT Act, which would set up a surveillance state panopticon, the likes of which could potentially make innocent, every day Internet activities by Americans like you and me punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million Dollar fine, or both.

Like the Patriot Act, this ridiculous Bill, which I am 100% certain was never actually written by the Neo-cons who submitted it, is a wolf in sheep's clothing. In fact, according to Matt Matt Taibbi, who is testifying to Congress about his investigation into the so-called "Twitter Files," it was written in 2021 by the Apen Institute (a far-Left group nobody never elected). It's a voluminous piece of legislation that the Left and their Neo-con comrades in the Republican party hope to slide in under the radar without you or anyone else noticing. After all, who among us is willing to sift through a giant 26-page Bill like this one? Not many. I can assure you. And that's what these demons in Congress are hoping for.

However, be aware that, if this Bill passes through both houses of Congress, it could potentially be used to violate your Rights to free speech and abrogate your Rights under the Fourth Amendment as well as violate what few remaining protections against government tyranny we Americans still enjoy since the 9/11 and COVID PSYOPS robbed us of so many.

If passed, this Law will also create an Orwellian-styled Ministry of Truth (see: Obama's Disinformation Board) that will be ran by unelected bureaucrats and radical Leftist NGOs who will, almost certainly, use this unprecedented power to persecute their polities enemies, just as they already have been doing for years now on CIA-hatched platforms like Fakebook. In fact, the OVERLY BROAD provisions of this Bill could be used to criminalize something so inocuous as speaking out against warfare or pointing-out government wrongdoing on your social media page, or unknowingly being a member of a Web site that is even partially owned by ANYONE the people in power deem a "foreign adversary."

If the government REALLY wanted to stop TikTok from operating operating in America, it could simply do so at anytime, without any need for such Draconian legislation as the RESTRICT Act. All a Law like this would do is RESTRICT the freedoms of Americans, not TikTok. In fact, it is so unconstitutional that I think we should hereafter call it the "RESTRICT AMERICAN FREEDOMS ACT."

Not since the [UN]Patriot[ic] Act have we such an Orwellian piece of legislation appear within the halls of Congress. It basically sets up an online police state in America in the name of fighting against degenerate sites like TikTok that are run by "foreign adversaries" like Communist China, an "adversary" by the way, which is given "Most Favored Trade Nation" status by the same [criminal, illegitimate, unconstitutionally-run, Communist] federal government that pretends to oppose China on this single issue.
