VVT Solenoid Removal and Clean On 2007-2012 Nissan Sentra 2.0 (Nissan Struggle episode 2)

Trying to diagnose and fix my sisters car on the cheap. After sitting for months, I started her up, but the engine noises were worrisome. My buddy suggested I remove the variable valve timing solenoid and check if it's clean. Thats what I'm tackling on this episode of Nissan Struggle.
