WH to China: Don't use Taiwan visit as 'pretext'

White House national security spokesperson John Kirby told reporters Wednesday (March 29) that China should not use a stopover in the United States by Taiwan's president Tsai Ing-wen as a pretext to increase aggressive activity against Taiwan.
