Here's a recipe for tandoori chicken lollipop, a popular Indian appetizer:

Ingredients:

8-10 chicken lollipops (chicken wings with skin pushed down to the bottom)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon tandoori masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
Chaat masala and lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil.

Add chicken lollipops to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange the chicken lollipops on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving some space in between.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy on the outside.

Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot with lemon wedges.
