Since the launch of RoXolid Productions there have been a handful of people and businesses that have helped us out early on. One of those people is Adrian, the owner of Live Action Games here in Champaign, IL. Recently Adrian helped out the channel by providing a Classiq 2 HD for review (Check out that review here - https://youtu.be/dJIyl1wzAyI), but he’s also helped out by keeping an eye out for different games and accessories I’ve been on the lookout for in 2017. He also was in cahoots with my girlfriend to coordinate the gifting of a Spice Orange Japanese Nintendo GameCube to me for Christmas. Overall, he’s a pretty awesome dude.

I’ve mentioned LAG plenty of times here on the channel but, since I had to make a trip to drop the Classiq 2 back off and wanted to see what sort of goodies they’ve gotten over the holidays it seemed like a perfect chance to stop in and give you all a look at the store. And man, they cram a ton of gear into a relatively small space, from Intevision and Colecovision systems and games to Atari 2600, NES, SNES, Super Famicom, collectables, books, it’s pretty much gamer nirvana!

Since I do now have a GameCube I needed to check out the GameCube offerings LAG had on the shelf. I already owned Rogue Leader and Rebel Strike so I didn’t need those. However I did find a complete, in-box with manuals, copy of Enter the Matrix which for $5.99 I had to snag! I also grabbed an original Galoob Game Genie for the NES, something I’ve never owned. The box is not in the best shape but it did have the code book in the box which was a definite bonus to me.
