This guy set me up when off the streets for 2 months and got me arrested and got paid $1000 for it while trying to use an 18 year old prostitute for sex and pimping her out, he never got charges, and the police department stole 1500 dollars of my money rendering me homeless for another 2 years. His name is Richard Cygan, and he's guilty of a prositution ring in mchenry county woodstock il where he got off the hook somehow.
