Join Steve Welch on another musical journey across Ontario - this time on the Avon Trail - a 120 km trail that works it's way along the amazing rural Ontario landscape, over the hills, down the valleys and across the fields between Conestogo near Waterloo, where the Conestogo and Grand River's meet, to St. Mary's at the Thames River.
The Avon Trail connects the Grand Valley Trail which follows the Grand River to the Thames Valley Trail which follows the Thames River to Delaware, South of London.
Set to the music of Steve Welch, this end to end trail documentary is a celebration of the land in all it's glory.

Episode One
Hiking the trail North to South, the journey begins at the town of Conestogo and makes it's way across the Grand and Conestogo Rivers, through the small town and out into the rural countryside, eventually to the tip of Waterloo. This hike ends at the Health Valley Trailhead in Waterloo.
