Since COVID-19 hit, I went from working 100% remotely, working remotely 3-days a week, to currently working 2 days a week from home. Since then, I have been giving my office chair that I bought in 2014 a real work out. Even though it is memory foam, it seems like it wants to forget my rear end sitting on it day after day. I have been looking into upgrading to a gaming chair, as I'd love to get rid of the love seat here in the game room, and the folks at ArmadaDeals sent me a Bigzza gaming chair to check out!

The assembly process was pretty straightforward. An included Allen wrench will help you put everything together. It was a bit disappointing to discover that all of the screws were pre-installed in the chair from the box. I had to remove each screw from the chair before I could build the chair. I'd rather just have the screws in a bag or a container and then install them as I go.

The overall assembly process was pretty straightforward, taking me about 20-minutes not including filming time. There were a few oddities about the instruction sheet which didn't make sense. The assembly order was not correct, which I covered in the video itself. I realize that this is a budget product, but at least get the instruction sheet correct. I also thought it was weird that there wasn't an indication of where and how to attach the 2 included pads. I finally figured it out by looking at the images on the website.

As someone who is north of 230 lb, my initial reaction is that this is a slightly narrow chair. There is a flare to the front of the seat that the underside of my calves hit. I don't know if that is going to lead to discomfort in the long run or not, we shall see! I was also a bit disappointed and some of the scuff marks that were on the base that the wheels attached to. This is something I would really rather see cleaned up and taken care of in the future.

Another issue I've run into is the fact the seat rocks from side-to-side quite a bit. If I rock my hips I can make the seat shift back and forth about an inch. This rockiness is due to the way the central support connects to the base itself. Perhaps if there was a way to clamp this down it would be better, but right now, it's a bit unsettling.

Finally, we need to talk about the position of the adjustment handles. Both are on the right side of the chair and both do very different things. The front one lowers the seat while the rear one adjusts the angle. On camera I got these mixed up and lowered the chair instead of adjusted the angle. I don't like this positioning. At all. I wish the height lever was on the complete opposite side of the chair from the angle adjuster!

Why it RoX:
- Multiple Color Options
- Regularly priced at $120 ($99 Sale Price)
- Fast Shipping
- Adjustable back and heights

What could be improved:
- Instructions are out of order
- You have to remove the screws before you can install the screws
- The seat is a bit narrow for a bigger person
- Some of the covering material wasn't fitted properly
- Chair seat rocks from side-to-side
- Seat padding is very thin
- Positioning of the levers has made me lower the seat vs adjust the back multiple times

Should you buy one?
If I would have sat in the Bigzzia chair in a store before getting it I would have quickly realized that, for someone of my size, it's not ideal. The padding in the seat is somewhat thin, and the "wings" of the seat uncomfortably dig into my thighs. As such, I have gone back to my old Serta chair. Now, if I were 30-pounds lighter and skinnier would I like this chair? Possibly. The rest of the chair is fairly comfortable, I like the high back and the pillow, it's just the seat design that doesn't work for me. I also think they need to go back and redo the instructions slightly, at least getting the assembly order correct. Finally, don't make the consumer un-do all the screws. Put them in a blister pack and everyone will be much happier. This isn't a bad chair, it's not uncomfortable, it's just not the best for me at this time.
