Oily TrashMovies Episode 7: Freeze (2022)
Bublegum Barbie and Daddy WarBux watch a Lovecraftian horror film about rubber fish men who have never seen a female (just like you!) This movie is a highly ambitious indie film with some great dialogue, but the director wastes great sets in favor of drab, gray caves, and everything comes unraveled in the third act. They say fish oil is healthy, but ichthyoid oil may cause cancer. Ultimately, Freeze (2022) is less racist than HP Lovecraft, but just as offensive to modern sensibilities.
