For example, the FDA produces EPIDIOLEX a Cannabidiol based therapeutic pharmaceutical proven to not be the result of placebo, for childhood epileptic seizures yet still maintains the stipulation the DEA uses to place the Substance in a schedule.one category.
This placement isnwhat causes forgoing ones second Amendment. It isn't tied to the system in Maryland YET, but soon you'll have to prove you don't have a cannabis card to purchase new firearms. Regardless if you can duck it, the law is the point and legislation needs changed and fixed before things are cemented.
