God’s Agape Love

Agape Love: The Biblical definition of this love is sacrificial, a love that gives first and expects nothing in return & loving someone regardless what it costs you.

The # 1TRUE example sacrificial love is the one Jesus made on the cross for us.

John  3:16 for God, so loved the world that he gave  His one and only Son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life

John 13:34-35 a new commandment I give onto you; that you love one another as I have loved you. that you also love one another, by this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one another.

Matthew 22:37.
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.”

Ephesians 5:2
and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

1 John 4:16

16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.

1cor 13:7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

13So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
