Sickening scenes on Dudley Road in Birmingham last night as CCTV shows an African asking what appears to be an elderly Punjabi Muslim if he speaks Arabic, they walk further down the road as the African appears aggressive throughout, he then proceeds to set the elderly man on fire!

Reports they both had just left a local mosque, get the attacker caught ASAP.
