Zolnikov says: "Honestly I don't care. Cause people are living in campers...in negative 20 degree weather...people are trying to squeeze 3 kids into one bedroom to make their 2 bedroom work...so yeah, i'm sorry if we build a little bit and it has an impact on someone's perfect neighborhood..."
