Nourishing your body should be fun and delicious✨🌞

A reminder that this is one day of food and not an accurate representation of how I ever everyday.

🌼Dinner sauce recipe:

•1/2 cup soaked cashews
•1/2 onion + 4 cloves garlic Sautéd in olive oil & a pinch of salt
• 1/2 block firm tofu
• 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1/8 tsp cayenne
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar ( sub lemon juice )
• 1/4 cup water

• Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth ✨ enjoy with whatever pasta you desire!

Intuitive eating and food freedom is truly about ( in my eyes ) having no restrictions but recognizing what foods make you feel most energized, fuelled and satisfied. Then making those foods flavourful and enjoyable to eat regularly ✨

You may ask; ‘but your vegan… so you have restrictions?’…
yes being vegan eliminates many foods from my diet. But I’m not doing this in hopes or with the thought it will help me loose weight or be 100% healthier than eating animal products. I’m vegan for ethical and moral reasons and I suggest you look into Peter Singer, if you’ve been thinking about giving veganism a try☺️
