I DIDN'T KNOW HOW MUCH I MISSED BACKPACKING AND FISHING IN THE MOUNTAINS! VENTURING OUT WITH MY DOG AND A FRIEND. IT'S AN 8 DAY CAMP TRIP DESIGNED TO EXPLORE A BEAUTIFUL CANYON RIVER & TO CATCH, COOK AND EAT WILD FISH!

This hike was done in bear country. I did 2 days of this with Travis, a backpack hiking friend, and the other 6 solo with Gracie my border collie. Enjoying exploring the wilderness & catching, cooking & eating trout for multiple dinners. I specifically caught rainbow, brown, apache and one smallmouth bass. While at this place I created and used a certain survival tool, watch and see which one.
