Pride of Lions Fight Right Next to Our Vehicle

We were recently in the Kruger National Park when we came across a pride of lions laying under some bushes next to the road. We waited patiently to see what might happen and it really paid off! After about five minutes, chaos broke out between the pride members. Suddenly, there was a shift in dynamics between the lions and we were treated to a show of thrilling vocalisations and interactions. The lions relocated from the bushes and surrounded our vehicle as they barred their teeth and growled at each other. There were lots of young males in the group, which was most likely the reason for the dispute.
