1 kilo Beef (seasoned both sides)
2-5 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Olive oil or vegetable oil
2-3 pinch of salt
2-3 pinch of pepper
1 tea spoon oregano
2 Lemons juice
5-6 fried potatoes
