This #hipmobility #challenge is harder than it looks! If you have tight muscles in your groin, tight hamstrings, or limited hip rotation or extension - this will be difficult for you to do. I’m not the most #flexible person, so I work weekly on my #mobility in my hips and #spine. Basically this is a way to test how well you can segment your torso from your hips, and how well you can flex/extend the hip with a rotation in or out at these end ranges. Good luck!
