Ingredients for chocolate coconut cake

Separate 3 egg yolks

Mix the yolks

Add more than half a glass of sugar to the egg yolks

Add less than half a cup of cooking oil

Add a glass of milk

Add half a teaspoon of vanilla

Add half a teaspoon of grated cardamom

Add half a teaspoon of baking powder

Add 2 cups of flour to the ingredients

Mix the egg whites

Add less than half a cup of sugar to the egg whites

Add the egg whites to the previous ingredients

Apply a little oil on the bottom of the oven tray

Pour the prepared pastry ingredients into the bottom of the oven tray

Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes

Melt 50 grams of white chocolate over low heat

Divide the cake into two parts and spread cream on one of them

Apply melted chocolate on the top of the cake

Pour coconut powder on the cake

Divide the coconut cake into small pieces

The chocolate coconut cake is ready
