Standing up for what you belief is right is a way to honor yourself and your values. Going along with the group, against your own morals, is the exact opposite. You don’t have to persuade people to share your beliefs - it’s enough to just stand your own ground. It’s self-compassion Sunday - show yourself some love and compassion today. ❤️
