▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
▶️Ingredients: 1kg of pork belly, 1/4 side of kimchi~halved
1️⃣Put pork belly, rice wine 3, pepper, and kimchi in a pot
2️⃣Pour 500ml~700ml of anchovy broth
3️⃣Add kimchi soup (150ml), 1 sugar, 2 perilla oil (pass if not), 1 minced garlic
4️⃣When it boils, cover and simmer over low heat for about an hour.
(Open the lid once or twice and pour the soup over)
▶️Slice the meat, roll it in kimchi, and eat it with soup.^^

▶️ Season with fish sauce or Korean soy sauce depending on the degree of salting of kimchi
