Barangay Luz is one of the 80 barangays or neighborhoods in Cebu City, Philippines. It is located in the northern part of the city, specifically in the district of North Reclamation Area. Barangay Luz is bordered by barangays Subangdaku to the east, Mabolo to the south, and Tinago to the west. It is a densely populated area with a mix of residential and commercial establishments.

It is located between SM Cebu, Ayala Center Cebu & Cebu IT Park.
