Zelensky to surrender before Russia? Ukraine President says, 'Troops running out of ammunition'

Ukraine’s plan to launch a counter-offensive against Russia has hit a big roadblock. Ukrainian President has admitted that his troops “can’t start a counter-offensive yet”. President Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview to Japanese newspaper Yomiuri said that Ukrainian army lacked ammunition and without it can’t launch any offensive. Watch this video for more.
