আমাদের এই ট্যুরে সাভার থেকে মাওয়া যাওয়ার পথে সুন্দর রাস্তার ভিঊ দেখেছি এছাড়া নৌকা করে পদ্মা নদী ঘুর, ইলিশ খাওয়া, ফেরি ঘাটের আসে পাসে ঘুরা ।

মাওয়া ফেরি ঘাট (Mawa Feri Ghat) পর্যটকদের জন্যে নদী ভ্রমণ এবং ইলিশ ভোজন এর জন্যে জনপ্রিয় একটি জায়গা। মাওয়া ফেরি ঘাটের পাড়ে রয়েছে বেশকিছু খাবার হোটেল। দেশের বিভিন্ন স্থান থেকে ইলিশ খাওয়ার জন্য অনেকেই মাওয়া ঘাটে ছুটে আসেন। এখানকার মাছের বাজারে ইলিশ ছাড়াও অনেক বাহারি প্রজাতির তাজা মাছ পাওয়া যায়।
ঢাকার কাছে অবস্থান হওয়ায় চট করে পদ্মা পাড়ের এই মাওয়া ফেরি ঘাট হতে দিনে গিয়ে দিনেই ঘুরে আসা যায়। তাই একদিনের ভ্রমণ করার জায়গা হিশেবে অনেকের কাছে মাওয়া ঘাট অনেক জনপ্রিয় একটি স্থান। রুপালী জলের ঝিকিমিকি দেখতে দেখতে পাড় ধরে দূরে হেটে যাওয়া কিংবা পদ্মা পাড়ের শান্ত সবুজ গ্রামের যান্ত্রিকতা ও কোলাহল মুক্ত পরিবেশ আপনাকে আছন্ন করে রাখবে। নৌকায় ঘুরে দেখতে পারবেন পদ্মার বুকে সূর্যাস্তের দৃশ্য। তাছাড়া ধোঁয়া উঠা গরম ভাতের সাথে পদ্মার ইলিশের স্বাদ কি আর অন্য কিছুতে মেটানো সম্ভব! আরও রোমাঞ্চকর অভিজ্ঞতা পেতে পদ্মার বুকে ১৫০ টাকা ভাড়ায় স্পীড বোটে এপার থেকে ওপারে যেতে পারেন।

Mawa Ferry Ghat is a popular destination for tourists for river travel and eating hilsa. There are several food hotels on the banks of Mawa Ferry Ghat. Many people from different parts of the country come to Mawa Ghat to eat hilsa. In addition to hilsa, fresh fish of many types species are available in the fish market here.

Due to its proximity to Dhaka, it is easy to get around the Mawa Ferry Ghat on the banks of the Padma. So Mawa Ghat is a very popular place for many as a day trip. Walking away from the shore to see the sparkle of the silver water or the mechanics and noise free environment of the quiet green village on the banks of the Padma will keep you hooked. You can see the sunset view on the river Padma by boat. Moreover, it is possible to satisfy the taste of Padma Hilsa with smoked hot rice and something else! To get a more thrilling experience, you can hire a speed boat from one side to the other for 150 rupees on the banks of the Padma.
