Cold weather Thor 202 tuning, Idle Down 2 Stroke 13:1 AFR - Keihin PWK Swapped 2-stroke 2T

This is COLD WEATHER tuning (0-10°C, 32-50°F), where the challenge with the stock Thor 202/303 Dellorto is hanging idle, along with the lack of jetting resources and components to enrichen the idle circuit.

The video shows the idle returning and not searching or surging, it consistently will return to the original idle setting, if you blip the throttle it comes back quicker, however this is just showing this particular condition tested (rev up, then let off, wait).

The Keihin PWK on this Thor 202 is now dialed in (using the Wide Band O2), across the RPM range at 5°C, -100 m density-altitude conditions. I needed to make significant changes to the e-tube, jet needle, main jet and pilot jet. As the weather changes, I'll be updating the calibrations as required.
