Paralyzes her, laughs about it, now they LOWER his bond?

A 44 year old single mother in Houston, Texas' Chinatown was robbed and left with a spinal cord injury that left her paralyzed. Now her attacker's bond has been lowered from $200,000 to $100,000 and can be heard on a jailhouse phone call stating he does not believe he should get the years in prison, as the victim has raised money on GoFundMe.
