All mental 🧠

Jet-lagged and exhausted from an all-day trade show the day prior, I felt like sh*t yesterday. Tired, achy and just not in the zone.

Managed a near PR on dumbbell bench press.

I make it a point to train extra hard on days like yesterday to make me mentally tougher.

Everyday is game day and everyday we win!
