BURUNDI COUNTRY NEGATIF FACTS

Ethnic conflict: Burundi has experienced serious ethnic conflict between Hutu and Tutsi groups for decades. This conflict began with Burundi's independence in 1962 and reached its peak in 1993 when the Hutu genocide killed thousands of people.
