UN reports nearly 700 cases of disappearances and detentions by Russian and Ukrainian forces

Matilda Bogner, Head of the United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine, says the UN has documented nearly 700 cases of enforced disappearances and arbitrary dentations by both Russian and Ukrainian forces. Bogner adds that the UN is asking both countries to prevent future violations and to open investigations into the perpetrators.
