In St. Louis, Missouri, While out on bond and wearing an ankle bracelet for an armed robbery, Daniel Riley sped past a yield sign. He struck a vehicle, then struck Janae Edmondson, a young volleyball player from Tennessee, causing both of her legs to eventually be amputated.

City of St Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner faces intense scrutiny after failing to revoke Daniel’s bond after violating over 100 times.
