Our true power lies not in controlling life, but in learning how to surfs the waves of stressful situations with more peace, more ease, and more tranquility. Simply thinking about lifting weights won't build muscle, nor will simply thinking about peace bring us the ease we want. We must practice peace until it becomes an automatic mental habit and part of our lives. I've created this course for you. It contains 30 days of exercises, 10-15 minutes a day, that we will do together to help us strengthen and train our mind-body to learn to cultivate more calm in our lives and achieve the peace that we deserve.
