Although Willow Smith is only 19, she’s already established in Hollywood, so it’s no surprise she’s chosen to spread her real estate wings in a very grown-up starter home. Her new coastal Malibu pad is a residential, and eco-friendly, dream. Having been raised at her parents’ famous and colossal compound in Calabasas, a mansion with its own zip code no less – Willow is no stranger to the area. We’ll take a look at the “Whip My Hair” singer’s new home, as well as where she used to live. We even found the listings! Willow Smith also known as Willow is a singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer, actress, and dancer. Her resume is so long at such a young age, she could already be considered a Hollywood veteran. Willow made her acting debut in the film I Am Legend in 2007, of course alongside her father. Being the daughter of the uber-successful Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, she definitely had a head start in Hollywood. Willow launched her music career in 2010 with the release of Whip My Hair – probably the catchy tune she’s best known for. Sources online report Willow’s estimated net worth at $ 6 million which I’d assume is solely the money she’s made on her own. It doesn’t include any bonuses her super-wealthy parents may have helped her out with.
