Hukou Waterfall, the world's largest yellow waterfall, has seen a considerable increase in water flow at the intersection of north China's Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces. Rainbows can be seen "everywhere" from different angles over the magnificent waterfall. The spring flood lasts from mid-March to early April when peach flowers blossom on mountains by the bank. Thus, this period is also known as the "Peach Flood" season.
