Chef Mike Delao was the first chef to cook with cannabis on nationally syndicated television in 2009 as the resident chef for the weekly cannabis advocacy program Cannabis Planet. Delao has been a chef for 20 years and a medical cannabis patient for the past 18 years. His pioneering work on Cannabis Planet has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, ABC World News, CNN, “The High Times Cannabis Cookbook” & “The Cannabis Kitchen Cookbook” among others.
Delao's formal culinary training began at Orange Coast College. He then quickly became a staple in various restaurants, and hotels in S. California. He can manage any facility and makes sanitation and safety a main priority.
While putting long weeks in at work, Chef Mike discovered that Cannabis was a great pain reliever for all of the mental stress and physical pain associated with lots of hours in the kitchen. Delao soon went to work for a local cannabis collective in S. California, then Chef Mike’s work on Cannabis Planet and the culinary magic he created soon followed. Chef Mike Delao was featured on Netflix’s Cooking on High and won both episodes he was featured on. The show was a cooking competition, featuring Cannabis.

Chef Dan is culinary trained. He contracted a terminal illness in 2008, which led him to the powerful cannabis plant path of healing. He subsequently started Eat Weed Catering in order to assist other terminally ill patients have access to quality cannabis products for their healing, recovery and relief journey. Chef Dan has had the pleasure to assist other operators like Doctors Choice Services, Fireball, and Apeish in the areas of research and development, manufacturing and formulation of their very successful brands. Chef Dan provides full-service consulting services in the areas of cannabis growing, extracting, manufacturing product, distribution of product, setup of Metrc Track & Trace, product development, formulations of THC and hemp products. His consulting services span across the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Michigan
