CHOCOLATE Love!

In this video we here at Lokelani Ranch like to make chocolate from scratch! We grow cacao on our homestead, after which a magical transformation happens to these tiny beans! They are fermented and dried, then can be roasted or not. After that we mix our cacao nibs with organic sugar in the melanger and what you see is what it makes, cacao liquer! From there it is tempered and placed into molds to form the chocolate bars! Singer origin Kauai chocolate
