There is a NEW Arizona Desert Blonde Tarantula in the hobby! It is the Aphonopelma sp New River...which is most likely a specific locale or color form of the Aphonopelma chalcodes, but it could possibly end up being a separate species. Today I set up my male and female in their NEW naturalistic enclosures and show footage of the normal A. chalcodes next to the New River Desert Blondes so you can see the subtle differences.
