Famous Turkish street food. Turkish pizza - Pide recipe.

Pizza is one of the most famous and popular dishes. Different countries around the world prepare their own special variations of pizza with a variety of toppings. In Turkey, I tried a pide flatbread, very similar to pizza, which local chefs cook in the shape of a boat, stuffed with minced lamb, tomato sauce and herbs. I liked this colorful version of pizza so much that I decided to cook it for you, adapting it a bit and replacing the lamb with minced chicken.
