When you hear the name Xzibit you may just think about MTV’s Pimp My Ride, and wonder what happened to this famous dude, cause I know I did. Lucky for us, we’re gonna check out the rapper’s homes, both in the Woodland Hills and Porter Ranch areas of California. Xzibit is an American rapper, actor, and television host who blew up in the music scene after dropping his debut album: “At the Speed of Life”. He followed that success up with other albums like “Restless” and “Weapons of Mass Destruction” working with high-profile artists like Eminem, Cypress Hill, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, and a whole bunch more. Xzibit’s ability to speak from his heart quickly enamored him with a large fanbase and by the time 2004 rolled around, he was hosting the wildly popular television series: “Pimp My Ride”. The show would bring him further international and mainstream fame, but in a stunning bit of irony, it also ended up costing Xzibit a whole bunch of money. This is because he was working so much on the show that he was unable to put together new music and tour, which is primarily how recording artists rake in the big bucks. His production schedule kept him busy and he bought multiple homes in the Los Angeles area so that he could always be available for a hit including homes in the Wood Land Hills area as well as in Porter Ranch where he’s actually lived in multiple homes on the exact same street.
