How To Make Tuna Cake

Tuna Cake Recipe by @buildingflavours:

Ingredients:
- 1 whole soft bread loaf (unsliced) or 4 slices of bread
- 2 cans of tuna
- 12 pieces of semi-sundried tomatoes (@greengardens_agroindustry)
- A lot of mayonnaise
- Dijon mustard
- Nigella seeds for garnish
- Green Olive Tapenade (@greengardens_agroindustry)
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber, sliced with a potato peeler
- Salt & Black Pepper

Instructions:
1- Cut the soft bread loaf into 4 equal slices.
2- Drain the canned tuna and mix with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and salt & black pepper to taste.
3- Spread the tuna mix on top of each slice of bread.
4- Place the semi-sundried tomatoes (@greengardens_agroindustry) on top of the tuna mix.
5- Cut the avocado into thin slices and place on top of the semi-sundried tomatoes.
6- Roll up each slice of bread tightly and place in a circular pattern to form a cake shape.
7- Spread mayonnaise over the entire cake.
8- Sprinkle Nigella seeds on top for garnish.
9- Serve with green olive tapenade (@greengardens_agroindustry) and sliced cucumber. Enjoy!
