Trumbull County Ohio Commissioners Meeting-Motion to Comply with the Law

The Commissioners, being sued for holding meetings without giving proper notice, are unable to even second a motion to comply with the law. It seems the theory is that they have never complied with the law and that they're damn sure not going to start now.
