Ingredients:

Butter: 110 grams
Dark brown sugar: 75 grams
Normal caster sugar: 75 grams
Peanut Butter: 150 grams
Egg: 1
Flour: 270 grams
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: a pinch
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon (optional)

Oven temperature and baking time: 180 degrees celcius for 12 minutes
