Oil change on a 2012-2015 Honda Civic SI 2.4L K24 (Engine, Transmission and filter service)

After 120k miles on my Civic I have decided to do some well-deserved maintenance on her. This is not a tutorial. If you are performing this service on your hot-rod, you on your own buddy.
