In order to create a reflection shadow of a car in Photoshop CC, the following steps should be taken.

First, create or open the image of the car that you would like to work with. Select the car and make a duplicate layer. We will use this duplicated layer to create our reflection shadow.

Next, select the Move Tool (V) on the toolbar and move this layer below the original car layer. This will be our reflection shadow layer.

Now, transform this layer by pressing Ctrl + T to rotate it 180 degrees so that it reflects the angle of our car above it. Lastly, we will add blur effects to soften and blend our reflection shadow with its background.

Navigate to Filter - Blur- Gaussian Blur, set a suitable radius value depending on your image size then click OK to apply this Gaussian blur effect on this reflected layer. And that’s it! You have successfully created a realistic-looking reflection shadow of your car in Photoshop CC!
