How many jurors must agree for a verdict in California?

This short video discusses how many jurors must agree for a Plaintiff to get a verdict in their favor in a California State Court. You should note, there is a difference between how many jurors must agree in a state court case as opposed to a federal court case (such as a trademark or copyright case). In federal courts, there must be a UNANIMOUS verdict.
