The "Pro Se" (in pro per) clinic is also cease at all locations. This could be a time to promote settlement of cases otherwise they could lag in the Courts. The judges have the discretion to offer a “bench trial” (where the Plaintiff and Defendant try the case over the internet). Could this be the wave of the future? We will see.
