In this video, Attorney Steve® discusses personal injury (basically the law of intentional torts and negligence) as it relates to the transmission of diseases such as the Covid-19 virus, aka Corona virus, aka novel virus.

Businesses need to be very careful to safeguard patrons against the risk of transmitting disease at their establishments.

The four factors of negligence are discussed as well as "vaccine injury" which may be something coming in the future."

Some important things businesses can do to protect themselves from lawsuits

1. Have hand sanitizers throughout your business

2. Enforce social distancing rules

3. Make sure masks are of an approved standard (all masks are not created equal)

4. Clean surfaces frequently (including countertops, door handles, and conveyor belts at shopping stores)

5. Have a committee / team that watches, monitors and implements the latest CDC guidelines

We all have to take steps to make sure we are not negligent which causes injury or damage to others, and worse, negligence that keeps Covid spreading and ruining our lives for months and months to come.
